1. Order Processing

All orders are custom printed on-demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Processing times:

  • Production: 2-5 business days
  • Quality check: 1 business day
  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-7 business days

Note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take additional 1-3 days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping!

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days ($9.99-$14.99)
  • Europe: 10-20 business days ($12.99-$19.99)
  • Australia/NZ: 14-25 business days ($14.99-$24.99)
  • Rest of World: 15-30 business days ($19.99-$29.99)

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order:

  • Through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • By logging into your account on our website
  • Directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for express or priority shipping
  • Some remote areas may have extended delivery times
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders to certain high-risk destinations

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. File a claim with the carrier
  4. Contact us if the issue isn't resolved within 7 days

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We can only modify addresses if the order hasn't entered production. Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

8. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery:

  • Thanksgiving: Order by November 15th
  • Christmas: Order by December 10th for standard shipping
  • Express Holiday Shipping: Available until December 18th
